Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. You will receive an order confirmation email at the time of purchase. Once the order has been fully processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Orders that have not been fully processed can be canceled by calling the ZENZII Customer Service Department at 888-552-2323.

Packages can be tracked thru the USPS website using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. This email is sent once your order has been fully processed.
