As a Marketing team member, you will...

  • Seek to support ZENZII and its subsidiary brands and product lines in the development, implementation, and execution of marketing strategies and brand messaging across all platforms and channels.
  • Assist in digital marketing efforts of B2C and B2B service lines that support company strategies and goals to generate demand for ZENZII’s products
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of digital assets, including websites, emails, social media, advertising, and campaigns
  • Work with marketing and content team to generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original captions/texts, images, video) that builds meaningful connections and communities on all channels
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and data analytics departments to manage monthly editorial calendar and syndication schedules
  • Moderate all user-generated content and assist with market research including consumer and industry trends
  • Assist with brand outreach and communications with influencers, key boutiques, and department stores
  • Assist in developing out-of-the-box strategies for expanding brand awareness and customer base
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including external consultants and vendors
  • Any other tasks as required by management


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • Fashion, retail, or e-commerce digital marketing experience preferred
  • Knowledge of current social media platforms, tools, and best practices
  • Understanding of e-commerce strategies and customer journeys
  • Collaborative by nature, but can work independently with minimal directions and own initiatives
  • Highly motivated with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Nimble to change and open to direction when needed
  • Bonus if familiar with the following platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Pinterest, Tiktok, CommentSold, Youtube.
  • Problem solver with strong analytical skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a self-less attitude
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Magento and Shopify is a plus
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints is a plus
  • Ability to manage simultaneous projects and deliverables


Physical Demands / Work Enviroment

  • Computer work in an office environment
  • Able to lift 15 lbs
